Nordstrom Rack One Bloor Toronto

Nordstorm Rack stores in Toronto are closed, and there are no updates provided on how to make returns. What a customer is supposed to do if the return period expires while the store is closed.

We've been a few times and each time we had excellent customer service. An example - Son with excellent taste found a high end shirt for cheap - I asked if something truly suited me and got honest responses when it was not the best, Thank Goodness. That's what classy salespeople do when asked. Also, I had been drooling over a business jacket at the full priced store and it went on such a deeply discounted sale I was thrilled. I would never have imagined I could afford it, then a year later it was there on supersupersuper sale! Yay

I found a beautiful dress here for my mum and I went to the counter to pay for it. The sales associate whose name was Dinah U. was unbelievably rude from beginning to end. I completely understand that sometimes we have off days. But, there is a real difference between someone who is having a bad say and someone who is mean-spirited. Other than paying for the item, I had a question about how many days I had to return it (since it was for my mum and I wasn’t 100% sure it would fit right. Dinah was incredibly rude. And not just with regard to this question, the entire encounter was terrible. Despite having made a satisfactory purchase, I will not be returning to Nordstrom Rack on Bloor. If Dinah is this mean to someone who is making a simple purchase, I hate to think how she treats customers who need to return an item or who need assistance. Her behavior was unacceptable.

If she behaved this way to a customer who was making a simple purchase, I hate to think of how she might treat people who are returning items or have other concerns/questions. Her level of rudeness was unacceptable and especially unwarranted since I gave her no reason to be so mean.

Awful! I have not received my items yet after a month from the day i placed my order!
