(1 Review)- February 6, 20201 out of 5My wife and I decided to go in to Nordstrom Rack in Mission Valley to look around. I found a Great pair of Rockport boots in my size. I had worn then one or two time and I noticed the soles of the shoes were coming off on both boots. We took them back to the store to exchange them for another pair. They told us because I had worn them they would not let us exchange the shoes or get any refund...What kind of company does that. The shoes I purchased were defective I had them 1 week.
