Nordstrom Rack Middlesex Commons Burlington

Plus sized clothing rack is such a disgrace, it’s disgusting. I have shopped for my whole family at this store for years, two grown daughters, a son and a husband. I am a plus sized woman. I can find the racks and shop for everyone else, but when it comes to the plus rack, everything is helter skelter, destroyed, and such a mess, it almost seems malicious. Everything gets put on the plus rack that someone is too lazy to put away, few of the items are actually plus sized. The rack itself is too short, the dresses are either tied up -literally tied up in a knot to keep them off of the floor, or they’re under the wheels of the rack, because no rack for plus sized dresses. From visibility of the plus sized clothing to the mishandling, it makes me know you have no respect for me as a customer. I am not inclined to return.

I also was shopping at the Burlington Rack recently, January 24. I’m a big Nordstrom customer, both the regular store and with the Rack. Also told no public restrooms. I was totally shocked. I asked an employee if that was legal. She said “yes.” I will not shop here again.

No public bathroom.
Suddenly felt unwell. Was told they have no bathrooms. Unacceptable. Will not shop there again.
