FAQ

What is Nordstrom Rack?

Nordstrom Rack is part of Nordstrom, Inc., and we've been serving up sweet deals to customers since 1973. We’re your destination for brands you love—up to 70% off. Shop your way: in store, online and through the Nordstrom Rack app. It’s easy! Plus, there are tons of new arrivals every day so check back often.

Is the merchandise at NordstromRack.com the same as in Nordstrom Rack stores?

While the brands and styles offered online are similar to items found in Nordstrom Rack stores, inventory moves fast and may not mirror exactly what you find in store. Whether you shop online or in store, you’ll always find something new.

Does Nordstrom Rack offer alterations and tailoring services?

Many Nordstrom Rack stores do alterations. Our professional tailors can fix the fit of pieces you purchase in store, online—or already own. Simply check to see which Rack store near you offers alterations. Then make an appointment or simply drop by when it’s convenient. For pricing information and alterations hours, contact your local Nordstrom Rack stores.

Do you offer price matching or adjustments?

At Nordstrom Rack stores and NordstromRack.com, we work hard to offer competitive prices on everything we sell. Because of this, we do not price match or make adjustments—as our prices change often to ensure the best possible value, every day.

Can I buy online and pick up at my Nordstrom Rack store?

Yes, Nordstrom Rack offers free same-day pickup for online orders. Limited to merchandise available in selected store. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

What is the return policy?

For full refunds to original tender, items purchased online must be returned by 40 days after order date, and items purchased in stores must be returned by 30 days after purchase. For eligible late returns received up to 60 days after order or purchase date, your refund will be credited to a gift card in the amount of your purchase. Returns can be made by mail or for free at your nearest U.S. Nordstrom Rack store or U.S. Nordstrom store. To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation or Purchases page. To start an eligible late return, please contact us. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

How do I return items in Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom stores?

Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return to your nearest U.S. Nordstrom Rack store or U.S. Nordstrom store along with your receipt and original form of payment. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

What is the difference between Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack?

Does Nordstrom Rack sell more than just clothes?

Yes, in addition to great deals on a wide selection of clothing for the whole family, Nordstrom Rack offers savings on tons of shoes for every occasion, plus accessories like handbags and jewelry, beauty and home decor from brands you love.

What benefits do I get at the Rack as a member of The Nordy Club?

As a Nordy Club member, you get exclusive discounts (including a special birthday perk!) and first access to new in-store arrivals and sales. Plus, Nordstrom credit cardmembers get 5% off every Rack purchase with a Nordstrom credit card.

What is the Rack Up Rewards benefit?

Rack Up Rewards is offered at Nordstrom Rack and includes percentage or dollar amounts off your qualifying purchases, as well as a birthday perk during your birthday month. Please make sure your email address is current and that you’ve opted in to receive marketing from us so you can enjoy offers including Rack Up Rewards and your birthday perk.

How do I sign up for The Nordy Club in store at my local Nordstrom Rack?

Just provide your mobile number at checkout or apply for a Nordstrom credit card to enroll in The Nordy Club. It’s easy and free!

Are there any exclusive in-store perks for loyalty members at my nearest Nordstrom Rack?
