She laid aside what she was working on to find out where they had moved the item I was looking for and then led me there. She helped me look for a specific style and color, and provided the kind of customer care that reflects well on her and the training she has received. Good job Kim!
I left a star off because of not having something else I was looking for..... :} However experiencing the help that Kim was willing to give, with her upbeat personality far outweighed the lack of stock in another area. Thanks...
