For full refunds to original tender, items purchased online must be returned by 40 days after order date, and items purchased in stores must be returned by 30 days after purchase. For eligible late returns received up to 60 days after order or purchase date, your refund will be credited to a gift card in the amount of your purchase. Returns can be made by mail or for free at your nearest U.S. Nordstrom Rack store or U.S. Nordstrom store.
