The team was helpful (offering to get me a cart, calling the tailor into the dressing room about a pant I was purchasing, and packaging my purchase in a hanging garment bag). The team appeared to work together well which really created such a lovely experience. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I bought a pant on the 29 October '19 and went to return it on 1 nov'19.
I paid by debit card.
However as the tags were not available with the pant I was refused a return/ refund.
This is not what one would expect as a return policy of a store such as Nordstrom.
