Nordstrom Rack Easton Market Columbus

I visited the Nordstrom Rack Easton location on Thursday March 12. I experienced great customer service from a gentleman named Jimmy in the men's clothing department. With his assistance, and my mother's (not ashamed... I'm a 21 year old man) I found a great new blazer, pants, and two pairs of shoes. (This was a rare experience, as I am 6'7" and have size 15 feet.) But anywho, Jimmy was very helpful. Like, wow, he volunteered to look for more sizes so I didn't have to leave the dressing room. He had a very friendly demeanor, and was just great all around. I will definitely come back to this location when I'm shopping for clothes!

(P.S. the cashier told me about the survey featured on the receipts. I took a picture of the survey part, and then threw away the receipt. When I got around to actually doing the survey, I realized I hadn't taken pictures of the register number, store number etc. My recommendation, drop that stuff from a survey. I seriously dug through my trash can to find the receipt (though I sadly had emptied it already) because I really want your company to know how much I appreciate your employees and selection. Please don't make it harder for your customers to do so.)
