Nordstrom Rack Tysons Corner Vienna

The store was clean and well organized. I always enjoy shopping at the Rack. The ladies in the fitting room were lovely. Unfortunately, my experience was nearly ruined during the checkout process. Lynn G rang me up. She helped with returns from both the full line store and the rack. She did not ask how I wanted the money back, was very abrupt and rude, and generally treated me like an annoyance. I worked for Nordstrom for three years, was a service experience manager even, and I know that's not the standard the company holds to. She was not knowledgeable about the return process at all telling me my packing slip from my online purchases were not enough to make the full line returns. My sister checked out with her too and got the same vibe.
