Nordstrom Rack Bellevue Lincoln Square Bellevue

This has to be some of the absolute WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my life.

To begin with the fact that the CUSTODIAN not only profiled me as a thief, she then acted as if she was security (even though there WAS a uniformed security guard on duty at the time) and then harassed me by following me through the entire store.

When I asked her for her name as I wanted to make a complaint, she gave me a fake name (she called herself "peaches") so that my complaint wouldn't cause her any reprisals since nobody works there by that name. She is a VERY short Hispanic or Asian woman in her early to late 30's with shoulder length black hair.

I have shopped here for a LONG time now (over a year and a half) and she is a new employee and will cause the Bellevue store to loose revenue, because I will no longer be shopping there myself. Also I will be posting this on every type of social media possible until it is resolved (Facebook, Yelp, Twitter,Instagram,Etc.)
