- February 6, 20201 out of 5TERRIBLE customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was rude and unfriendly. Then, the coat I chose to buy didn't have a tag, so I brought up the same coat in a different size for them to scan- and then they put the wrong sized coat in my bag and I came home with the wrong sized coat. Which means I have to drive back to exchange it and deal with the same rude people and wait in the same long line again.
