(3 Reviews)- March 17, 20205 out of 5I think this is the best rack of all my wife will tell you the clearance racks and shoe selection make this her paradise.but please don't tell me that your shutting down this store because of covid because my wife is going to scream because she starts a new job soon and i guess your closing doors for awhile.please please don't this is her go to place and she didn't get what she needed sunday and today we came early and again closed even earlier than posted,that will really put a wrench in the spokes for her and I please dont fall pray to pumped up media stand tall and open those doors
- January 29, 20205 out of 5I was at the Rack today and was helped by the most friendly employee, Ricky. He was the most kind, personable and professional employee!! I hope the store appreciates how great Ricky is with his customer service- he was AWESOME!!
- January 2, 20201 out of 5Nordstrom Rack is the worst discount store now. The return policy is better at Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx. And the employees are nicer & will put something on hold for a day. Nordstrom Rack will hold nothing, not even for an hour. And return policy is super STRICT even with tags and receipt.
